The apartment is located in Monte Estoril at the Atlantic coast outside Lisbon. This is a quiet area, with a 15 min walk to the center of Cascais along a beautiful beach walk. Easy access to Lisbon, 30 min by train. Nearest train station is 700 m from the apartment. This is an excellent location for your surf vacation, with several beaches within walking distance from the apartment and a short train ride to other beaches such as São Pedro and Carcavelos. There are also buses to Guincho beach. The area is also a popular golf destination with well known golf courses such as Penha Longa, Estoril, and Quinta da Marinha/Oitavos.
| Bedrooms: | 1 bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and drawers,towels and bed linen will be available. |
| Bathrooms: | 1 bathroom with bath/shower. |
| Kitchen: | Renovated kitchen, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, all necessary dishes, etc. |
| Utility Room: | Basic cleaning equipment, extra chairs. |
| Living Room: | Open living/dining room with small balcony. Double sofa bed, TV, DVD, CD player, internet access. |
| Balcony: | Double glazed windows that can open in total for the summer and have a dining "al fresco". BBQ allowed and griller will be provided. |
Price:
Low season (Oct-Apr): 250 EUR/week
High season (May-Sep): 350 EUR/week
Deposit: 100 EUR (paid at booking and refunded after inspection, given that nothing has been broken).
